Insurance

North Internal Medicine accepts most insurance plans and Medicare. Please contact your insurance provider or our office if you have any questions about coverage. Member services are located on the back of your medical insurance card, and it is recommended that before your first visit, you verify with your plan that North Internal Medicine is in your network. Some plans have out-of-network benefits, but are usually costly.

Co-payments and payments for non-covered services are expected at the time of service. We will be happy to work out payment arrangements, please let our staff know how we can help you.

North Internal Medicine reserves the right to attempt to collect debt on accounts with a signed Payment Agreement. This Payment Agreement is included in new patient paper work. It can be viewed here: image0571
